I had such a great experience. Everyone was super nice and the hygienist was very helpful and talked about what she was doing every step. Dr. Brown was super nice and has a very welcoming feeling!! Glad I chose to go here!!!

Beginning to end I had such a great experience!

Starting with scheduling, Maylin allowed me to communicate via email, which is always easiest for me.

The tech (regretfully I didn't get her name, I'm sorry!) who took my X-rays was super friendly and did a great job being gentle and getting all the X-rays she needed to get.

Then the cleaning and polishing. Cathy was very thorough cleaning my teeth and very gentle. This has to be not only the cleanest my teeth have ever looked/felt, but I actually understand everything she did because she was also very thorough in explaining things to me. I wasn't left questioning why she did anything or why she said anything!

After all this I had my exam with Dr. Brown. She went over the X-rays with me and checked out past work, as I was only there for a routine visit. It was a fairly quick interaction but certainly didn't feel rushed!

Everyone here was so kind and made me feel so welcome here. So glad I chose Cottonwood Dental! ❤️

My only regret is that I only have 5 stars to give!

We’ve used cottonwood dental for all sorts of oral needs! We first came for a consultation about a lip/tongue tie with our infant. Dr. Brown was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel heard and cared for! We appreciate her and her team so much.

We had such a positive experience with Cottonwood Dental! Our baby has not stopped crying since we brought him home from the hospital. After multiple doctors visits with little success, I finally reached out to a speech therapist who confirmed a tongue and lip tie. Cottonwood dental was able to get us in quickly which was such a blessing as our son kept losing weight. She did a very thorough consultation, and did a great job explaining the procedure. It only took a few minutes and he was back in my arms. Since we’ve been home, he has rarely cried and is nursing without frustration. We are so thankful for Dr. Rachel Brown!

I have been going to Cottonwood Dental for years. I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Brown. She and her staff are very skilled and sensitive to my needs. Kathy is one of the best dental hygienists around! We saw Dr. Rachel Brown for my 2 month old daughters lip and tongue tie revision. She uses the latest laser technology and gave me some great resources for after procedure care. This could have been very stressful appointment for me as a mother but Dr. Brown was wonderful and explained everything and eased any concerns I had!

Dr. Brown was fantastic as usual. Pulled a tooth and prepped to get an implant. Little to no pain. The staff was very pleasant and competent as well. Even major dental work doesn’t need to be painful and scary. Thank you for taking care of me!

I really enjoyed my experience at cottonwood dental. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Getting an appointment was easy and quick. Dr. Brown-McDonald was professional and thorough with my exam. I had to have some work done, and she explained my options in detail. She did great work!

I have avoided and hated dentists all my life. To no one’s surprise, my teeth are horrible and need a lot of work. I made an appointment here after a lot of new pain and a recommendation from someone I work with. I have never felt so comfortable in my life at a dentist. They answered all my questions fully and took time to explain everything they were going to do, everything they were doing, and what the next steps could be. When I voiced shame, they were comforting and centered around what they were going to do to help me not have to feel that way. I just can’t say enough in a google review, to show how appreciative I am of the staff here. I’m not as anxious about my future visits, of which will be many, and that says a whole lot!
